Description

Sonics’ 20 kHz ultrasonic wire splicer produces world class splices from 0.5 to 40 mm2 wire sums. From the SmartControl power supply’s full color touchscreen, the operator can intuitively enter weld parameters, store them in the library and even recall them with via the barcode reading feature. Weld results can be seen as numerical values and on the time based graphs. Data logging to an external PC allows the user to store data for quality analysis. Its easy access ergonomic design, quick tool change and minimal maintenance requirement make it the work horse of the industry. The splicer is available in two power levels and with various tool options.
