Manual Arbor Press

A manual press is available for assembling parts where production volume does not justify automated equipment. It provides more controlled motion of the converter than is possible when holding it by hand, resulting in more consistent assemblies.

Hand Held Converter Grip

This grip is designed to provide more ergonomic handling of the unit for certain application demands.

Stapler Attachment

A lightweight stapler attachment is available for the CV55 20 kHz handheld converter and is ideally suited for sealing low production rate clamshell packages.

Tips

A variety of tips are available for applications such as staking, spot welding, and inserting. Standard tips are shown on page 2 of our downloadable data sheet. Custom tips are also available.

Foot Pedal

Plug-in foot pedal for “ultrasonic on” triggering as opposed to triggering the ultrasonics by hand.
